Age limit_Sports Authority of India_ High Performance Analyst_(2023)

The upper age limit is 45years as on the closing date for submission of
onlineapplication.
 2 years age relaxation is granted for current SAI employees in the above advertised posts.
 Relaxation of age limit for SC/ST/OBC/Ex- Serviceman shall be as per DoPT OM No 15012/2/2010-Estt9D0 dated 27.3.2012.
Remuneration/ Salary_Sports Authority of India_ High Performance Analyst_(2023)
Consolidated monthly remuneration is Rs 1,05,000/- with annual increment
up to 10% based on performance assessment.
*Remuneration matching the last pay will be decided by the competent authority at the time of joining, within permissible pay range/limit, in which case, those above in the merit list will also draw the higher pay on par with the candidate
ranked below.

Selection Process_Sports Authority of India_ High Performance Analyst_(2023)
A. Online applications are invited from candidates, who fulfill the essential eligibility criteria as mentioned above on contract basis.
B. In the event of large number of applications, SAI will adopt the following shortlisting criteria to restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview. Interview will be for 100 marks and candidates will be assessed as follows:
1) Domain Expertise – 30 Marks
2) Practical knowledge assessment –30 Marks
3) Aptitude for working in a sports organization/ High performance ecosystem-10 Marks
4) Knowledge related to recent advancements/ Research Paper/Publications-
5)Soft skills – 10 Marks
6)Knowledge in allied sports science disciplines- 10 Marks
