About_RRC SER Apprentice_Sarkari Job 2023

For employment/training as Act Apprentices under the Apprentices Act of 1961 and the Apprenticeship Rules of 1992, as amended from time to time, South Eastern Railway Workshops and other establishments are accepting online applications from qualified Indian nationals. All applications must be submitted online; submissions made in any other way will not be accepted.

Selected candidates will be given stipend as per extant rule by Govt. of India during the entire tenure of Apprenticeship.

Minimum educational qualification is matriculation (also known as 10th class in the 10+2 examination system) from an accredited board with a minimum of 50% overall (not including extra subjects) and an ITI Pass certificate (issued by the NCVT/SCVT in the trade in which the apprenticeship is to be completed).

Application fees (non-refundable) – Rs.100/- (Rupees One hundred only).

No fee, however, is to be paid by the SC/ST/PWD/Women candidates

While completing the online application form, payments must be paid online using the “Payment Gateway.” Debit cards, credit cards, internet banking, UPI, and e-wallets are all options for making the payment. The candidate will be responsible for any transaction fees associated with the online payment. Occasionally, a high volume of traffic may cause server problems, which could impact the online payment system. The candidate must log in anew and try again in such a case.

Scheme of Exam_RRC SER Apprentice_Sarkari Job 2023

All candidates who apply in response to the notice in their respective trades will be selected based on a merit list that has been developed (trade-wise). Each trade’s merit list will be created using the percentage of matriculation marks received, with an aggregate minimum of 50% of marks. The candidates’ marks in every subject will be taken into account for calculating the percentage of matriculation, rather than just the marks in a particular topic or set of subjects.

Age Limit_RRC SER Apprentice_Sarkari Job 2023

(i) As of January 1, 2024, the candidates should not have reached the age of 24 and should have finished the age of 15. For the purposes of this calculation, the age stated on the birth certificate or the matriculation certificate will be used.

(ii) The upper age limit is refundable after five years for SC/ST applicants, three years for OBC candidates, and ten years for candidates with physical disabilities.

(iii) Ex-servicemen’s upper age restriction is reversible by an additional 10 years, up to the amount of time they spent serving in the armed forces, plus an extra 3 years, as long as they maintained a minimum of 06 months of continuous service.
