Life Insurance Corporation of India is set to tentatively hold the online Preliminary and Main Examinations for Recruitment of Assistant Administrative Officers (AAO) Generalist-32nd Batch. This process aims to recruit and select personnel for Administrative Officers’ Cadre positions within organization.

The basic pay is ₹88,635 per month, with a pay scale of ₹88,635–4,385(14)–1,50,025–4,750(4)–1,69,025. Including allowances like HRA and CCA, total monthly emoluments in an ‘A’ Class city come to approximately ₹1,26,000. Additional benefits include a Defined Contributory Pension, gratuity, LTC, medical benefits, group mediclaim and accident insurance, loans for vehicles, and reimbursements for items like mobile handsets, newspapers, furniture, and briefcases. Special allowances are also provided for passing Insurance Institute of India and Actuarial exams, along with meal coupons, maid allowance, and more as per LIC rules.
For AAO (Generalist): “Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized
Indian University/Institution”.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old as of 01.08.2025 and not older than 30 years. Only those born between 02.08.1995 and 01.08.2004 (inclusive) are eligible to apply.

The recruitment process includes three stages: Preliminary Exam, Main Exam, and Interview, followed by a medical check-up. Preliminary exam marks won’t be counted for the final merit list. Only marks from the Main Exam and Interview will determine the final selection. Candidates must clear each stage to move to the next. LIC’s decision will be final, and no further communication will be entertained.
