Pay Details _AAI Junior Executive _PSU Job 2024
Basic salary will be at [Group‐B: E‐1 level] : Rs.40000‐3%‐140000Junior Executive [Group‐B: E‐1 level] : Rs.40000‐3%‐140000. Apart from this Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, increment @ 3% of Basic Pay per annum, Perks @ 35% of Basic Pay, HRA and other benefits which include CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes, Medical Benefits, etc., are admissible as per AAI rules.
The Cost to Company per annum would be around Rs. 13 lakhs approximately.

Selection Procedure _AAI Junior Executive _PSU Job 2024
The candidates for the AA selection process will only be those who filed their applications on the AAI portal, appeared in GATE-2024 in the appropriate fields with the corresponding engineering degree or MCA, and were eligible in every way.
Candidates will be shortlisted for application verification, if relevant, based on the information provided in their application form. A separate announcement will be made on the application verification date.
The candidate will be required to present their original certificates, one set of self-attested photocopies of the certificates, and identification documentation during the Application Verification process. The candidate’s candidature will be rejected if there is any doubt about their identification, if they cannot show the necessary documents, or if there is inconsistency between the information in the documents. There won’t be any more time allowed to provide original documentation.
Following the completion of the Application Verification process, candidates will be provisionally selected based on a merit list created using their GATE scores, provided they meet all other qualifying requirements specified for the position.
